1. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@shoppaloma.in as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be modified or canceled. In such cases, we recommend following our returns policy once the item is delivered.
2. Where can I find sizing information?
You can view the complete size guide by selecting the Size & Fit tab on each product description page on our website.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as UPI, Amazon Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay.
Please note, we do not accept cash on delivery. All payments must be made online at checkout.
4. How long will my refund take to process?
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 14 days for the parcel to reach us. After processing, any refund to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 14 business days. If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of returning the items, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please issue an exchange on our website. Once we receive the item and it clears our quality check, the exchange product will be dispatched.
6. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please ensure it meets our return conditions (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging). Register your return on the website and our logistics delivery partner will come to pick the order up in 5-10 working days. If you happen to face any issues, please contact our customer care via email with your order details.
7. Can I return items purchased from a pop-up or offline store?
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website, shoppaloma.com. Items bought from pop-ups or offline stores are not eligible for returns through our platform.

9. My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Don’t worry! Check the tracking information sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email to track your parcel. If it has taken longer than the stated delivery time, contact us with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
10. Can I machine wash the pieces I bought?
No, all of our pieces are meant to be dry cleaned only. Please follow the care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your garment.
11. What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping pan India. However, if you return or exchange an item, there will be an additional shipping charge of Rs.190 which will be non-refundable.
