Where is my order? / Order Status
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Simply click the link to view the latest status of your delivery. If you have any questions or if your order is delayed, reach out to us at care@shoppaloma.com with your order number.

How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 4-5 business days to process and prepare for shipping. After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey to you. Shipping times vary based on your location, and estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

How long will my order take to deliver?
Once the order is dispatched it will take 7 business days to deliver.

I Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email
If you haven’t seen a confirmation email yet, try checking your spam or junk folder, as it might have been filtered there. Still no email? Reach out to us with your order details at care@shoppaloma.com.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as UPI, Amazon Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Please note, we do not accept cash on delivery. All payments must be made online at checkout.

When Will I Be Charged?
You’ll be charged as soon as your order is confirmed at checkout. A payment confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after your order is successfully placed.
