We hope you love your purchase from Paloma. If you decide to return any item, please review our return policy:
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Returns must be processed within this timeframe.
Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a exchange request. Exchange delivery will be done within 7 days
Item Condition
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all original garment tags and packaging intact. Items should also have any attached security tags still in place.
Return Packaging
Pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging. Our logistics delivery partner will come to pick the order up in 5-10 working days.
Online Purchases Only
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website, shoppaloma.com. Purchases made elsewhere are not eligible for return through our online portal.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fee
An additional charge of Rs.190 will be deducted for return or exchange orders and will be non-refundable.
Refund Process
We will notify you via email once your return is received and processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Unauthorized Returns
Any return that does not comply with our policy will be shipped back to the sender.
High Return Rate
If we observe a frequent pattern of returns, we may temporarily deactivate your account and pause any future orders. Our Customer Care team will reach out to discuss your experience and better understand any issues you may be facing.
